At La Sauque, the cafeteria distribution system has been given up, in favor of self-service buffet, which allows each student to choose from various starters and salads.
This solution shortens waiting times and invites each student to have a balanced and healthy meal. It also reduces food waste considerably.
We do not make restaurant sort of food. Meals are “home made” by the school catering staff and we follow Courteline’s standards: “happiness is in the stomach”. To ensure the highest possible level of satisfaction and quality, our trained chefs are involved in the whole process, from the selection of the ingredients, to the final composition of the meals.
